Meet your guide

Hi, I'm Nicole, a paediatric physio and a parent, too.

I created Western Kids Health's parent learning to put clear, evidence-based, genuinely reassuring support in the hands of families — not just clinics. Everything here is the same advice I give the parents I see every week.

But it's not just me! I have my amazing and HIGHLY experienced team. Amelia, Senior Speechie, Staci & Katie, Senior OTs and Erin, Senior Physio contribute SO much to each course and play ideas, even leading a few courses - because coming together means you get the BEST support.

No jargon, no pressure, and no "shoulds". Just what's happening at each stage, and simple ways to play and grow together.

How we teach

Gentle, practical, and on your side

These courses are here to educate and support. They are general education for parents and do not replace individual advice from your own health professional.

Family centred

You know your child best. Everything here is built to support you, not replace your instincts.

Strengths based

We start from what your child can already do and build gently from there.

Education first

Clear, practical learning that makes tricky ideas simple, with real, everyday examples.

Grounded in evidence

Created by a paediatric physiotherapist, informed by the Circle of Security approach.
